Directions
1. Take 1 x Serenoa 320 capsule each day.
2. Every 2-3 days or as often as required, shake the Advanced Hair Studio Hair Thickening Shampoo before use.
3. Wet hair; squeeze a generous amount into your palm.
4. Massage gently through your hair and scalp.
5. Rinse thoroughly and repeat.
6. Shake the Advanced Hair Studio Hair Leave-in Thickening Serum before use.
7. Apply a small amount to towel dried hair, using your fingertips gently massage the serum through, concentrating on the thinning areas and working the serum though until it is evenly applied.
8. Do not rinse out.
